BAH and Child Support

If any of you are out there that have your BAH included in your base pay even though you live in privatized housing and are suffering because your Child Support is set so high let me know. I want to change the law in the United States. But I can not do it alone.
How bad is it in America when a solider and his family can't even make it to his/her next payday for his/her own current family, because his/her gross income has been set several thousand dollars higher than he/she actually brings home each month. Because the courts add BAH that he/she NEVER receive in their gross income because they live in government/privatized housing. Let me hear you.

Still Waiting

I sit here and still wait for my site to be indexed on Google. I will check back here often to see if it has. Makes me feel like I am writing to no one when everything I write is not searchable.

Happy Easter To All

Hello,

My family and I just got back from a trip to PA. My husbands family lives their. We went to a sunrise service this morning. It was very beautiful. My husbands 2 sons are also with us this week from MO. We enjoy this time we have with them so much. I am back to the grind here. I have spent way too many hours on the blog and it is still not indexed by Google. But I am not giving up yet. I am still plugging along and it will come together soon. I will return soon. I hope your Easter was a happy one.

Putting along!!

I am back at it again. I spent several hours yesterday getting this site up and running. I am now at the point where I am trying to make it searchable on Google. I am having a hard time but I think that I just created a sitemap. What a big job this is to take on. But I like big jobs. I once set a goal to raise 120 blankets for the homeless in Ventura, CA. where we lived. I heard a radio add say that they were short at the armory that winter. I was able to gather up 85 new and used blankets for them. I think that it taught my 2 young children at the time about how you can be kind and reach out to people in need. It sure filled my heart with joy.
I am going to get back to the grind now and try to get this idea up and running. If any of you out their have some good pointers for a newbie, I would more than welcome the help. I will check in soon.

My Big Step Today

Hello, I am kinda new to all of this and would just like to get other military moms in my same situation together to share their thoughts and dreams. I have had some big changes over the last 30 days. Let's see....I moved over 3,000 miles from home, I traveled with my husband, 11 year old son, 16 year old daughter, 10 month old daughter, "Beanie" our persian cat, and "Willson" our American Bull Dog all in our 6 seater truck!! Ya, that is Beanie on the dashboard. It took a week, but it was fun in the end. We saw the Blue Man Group in Las Veags. The kids REALLY loved that. I have seen our daughter take her first steps. Got our children enrolled in school, started looking at becoming a at home virtual assistant, and unpacked our home in the last 4 weeks. That is just a tinge of what has went on. So lets connect out their and see how this can enrich our lives.
